This depends on the scope of work involved in any given project, the size of the business, the extent of the changes required, and the amount of internal resources that can be dedicated to it. On average, a full-scale rebrand for a medium to large hotel takes between 3—6 months. This allows for market research, strategy development, creation of new brand elements, application of the new brand across all touch points, and the design and development of a new website. Smaller scale rebrands can be completed in a shorter time frame, potentially 2—3 months.
